Croton Creek Steakhouse & Wine Bar is the new collaborative production of French culinary trained Chef Eric Kupferberg, business consultant Liam Harvey, celebrity event planner Jim Stake, and American Idol finalist and Curb Recording Artist, Kimberley Locke.

This boutique, bistro-style restaurant retains its historic heritage with exposed brick interior walls, wooden beams, and other rustic design elements. While adhering to its historical past, Croton Creek has done what other restaurants haven't been able to do. They've brought a little bit of Soho-chic into this 275 year-old town exemplified by Venetian plastered bathrooms, faux-painted walls, modern and expressive lighting, and leather sofas and chairs in the wine bar.

The design and character of Croton Creek is a feast for the eyes. The food, however, is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. In addition to a wonderful selection of prime steaks, Croton Creek offers an array of other delicious alternatives, including Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops with Root Vegetable Polenta Cake over Sautéed Kale with a Pomegranate Demi-glace, Pork Loin stuffed with Wild Mushrooms over Chestnut Puree with caramelized Baby Carrots and a Shallot Riesling Reduction, Day-Braised Beef Short Rib over Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes with Butter Roasted Garlic, and Croton Creek's signature Swiss burger (beef or bison) standing six inches tall with frizzled onions, apple wood smoked bacon, and grilled tomato.

Entree prices range from $22 to $35 not counting the 40 ounce porterhouse for two. A substantial wine bar features thirty-five selections and several Belgium beers.

Croton Creek's eclectic combination of ownership talent ensures that diners will always be well-served, well-cared for and well-entertained. Creative dishes, a customer-service orientation, and a bent on entertainment value is Croton Creek's raison d'etre.
